Terms

  1.  You understand that this service does not guarantee your site will never be hacked.  Only that it will update/backup your site and offer 24-hour repair and restore services.
  2. I understand that 24-hour repair and restore services are upon notification to us of identified malware.  That is either by our monitoring or yourself, the site owner.  Upon identifying a possible malware infection, I will email malwa[email protected] to begin a repair / restore of my site.
  3. I understand that any Non-Malware related emergencies can be repaired at an hourly rate of $125 plus any additional costs required to complete the repair.
